Medical and Dental Benefits

Medical Insurance
Medical plans provide for prescription as well as medical services.

  • Regence BlueShield BlueCross: PPO (Preferred Provider Organization)
  • Base and buy-up plans available
  • Either plan includes alternative care, naturopathic, chiropractic, acupuncture

Dental Insurance
Dental plans provide coverage for preventative, basic and major services.

Vision Insurance (Optional)
Covers well vision exams, prescription glasses, contact lenses, discounted laser vision correction.

Flex Spending Account Plan
Employees can set aside up to $5,000 per account to cover qualified dependent care expenses or health care expenses not covered by insurance.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
Company reimbursement of out of pocket medical expenses after insurance pays its share. HRA pays $500 per individual with $1500 max per family.

Short Term (Optional)
Short Term Disability provides 60% of weekly salary for up to 13 weeks of disability with a maximum benefit of $2k/week. 

Long Term Disability
Long Term Disability coverage provided at 60% of monthly salary with a maximum benefit of $10k. Disability starts after 90 days.

EAP – Employee Assistance Program
Confidential counseling and referral program designed to help employees and their families deal with personal issues. The program provides a 24-hour crisis hotline, 365 days per year, as well as referral service for a variety of issues including financial, legal and child care.

Supplemental Life Insurance (Optional)
Optional benefit for employees to purchase additional life insurance coverage.

 

Retirement and Financial Benefits

R2C Group’s 401(k) Plan
Employer matches 50% on the dollar up to 6% of salary with a three year vesting period (year 1 vests at 33%, year 2 vests at 66%, 3 or more years vests at 100%).

Profit Share
Each division within R2C Group provides a profit sharing plan based on achievement of both company and individual performance.  These bonus programs may be paid quarterly or annually.

 

Time-Off Benefits

Part Time-Off

  • Full-time employees are offered 4 weeks of Paid Time-Off (PTO) per year.
  • Additional days of PTO are given when these anniversary service times are met: 5-9 years of service/ 5 weeks of PTO; 10+ years of service/ 6 weeks of PTO.
  • Full time employees who have been with the Company for one year are eligible to receive payment for PTO remaining in their account.  PTO cash-outs occur two (2) times per year.
