Summary of Position:

Must love dynamic clients! Respond2, leading direct response television and digital advertising agency, is seeking an Account Supervisor in Portland, OR corporate office. Can you make the tough call? Are you convincing with conviction? Is your smile big enough to light up a room and lighten up a tough crowd? It better be if you want this job. Of course you need experience in direct response television, and clear understanding of ROI driven advertising and marketing campaigns. This is an advertising agency so you need to wear your grownup pants.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-10 years prior Account Management experience at a senior level
• Able to handle multiple accounts in different stages
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
• Effective presentation skills
• Prior direct marketing and advertising experience
• Education: BS/BA  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Effectively and efficiently manage client accounts
• Maintain a clear understanding of the client's needs and communicate these throughout all departments
• Build effective relationships with both internal & external clients
• Create production agreements, proposals, timelines and creative briefs
• Client and campaign budget management
• Discuss products, services and advertising requirements with the client
• Set up meetings with clients and other agency staff
• Brief media, creative and research staff and formulating marketing strategies
• Oversee the status of the campaign
• Negotiate with clients and agency staff concerning campaign details
• Present campaign plans to clients for approval or modification
• Provide any administrative support and handle profitability of accounts
• New business/ pitch work
• Campaign development
• Communicate agency's points of view to client
• Client entertainment (whenever possible)
